Terms of sale
1. Seller and scope
These Terms of Sale apply to consumer purchases of physical goods on https://psdmarne.com from AGENCE P.S.D MARNE, SARL with share capital of EUR 1,000, SIREN 823 995 261, VAT number FR62823995261, registered office at 24 avenue de Paris, 51100 Reims, France. Contact: support@psdmarne.com.
The store offers household safekeeping, door and window protection, and travel accessories. The range may develop over time. No installation, guarding, monitoring, subscription, digital-content or gift-card service is included in these sales terms.
2. Product information
Essential characteristics, relevant dimensions, compatibility, contents and any product-specific warnings are provided before purchase. Read these carefully and contact us if something is unclear. Accessories or personal belongings shown only for styling are not included unless expressly listed.
An image or broad series name does not establish a certified security rating. We do not promise absolute prevention of theft, injury or damage. Equally, general wording about security limitations does not excuse non-conforming goods, inaccurate descriptions, missing mandatory warnings or defective products.
3. Prices and payment
Prices and payment are in euros (EUR). Displayed product prices include applicable VAT. Standard delivery to an eligible address is free, with no minimum order value or remote-area surcharge. You can review the final total before confirming the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard through the payment facilities presented at checkout and provide invoices. An applicable price change after an order is accepted does not change the agreed price for that order. We will contact you about a genuine pricing or availability problem rather than silently substitute goods or charge a different amount.
4. Ordering and contract confirmation
Review the items, quantities, delivery address and total before confirming the order using a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay. You can correct information before that final confirmation.
After you place an order, we send an email confirming its details and status. The sales contract is formed when we communicate acceptance of your order. A payment authorisation alone does not establish acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an order, we contact you promptly and explain the available resolution, including reimbursement where appropriate. We do not retrospectively reject an accepted order merely because we prefer a different price.
You can cancel before dispatch. Requested modifications depend on whether they can still be processed. After dispatch, statutory withdrawal and our 30-day return policy remain available.
Keep the confirmation and these terms. We provide the applicable contractual information on a durable medium, such as an email or downloadable attachment, rather than relying solely on a webpage that can change. You may ask us for a copy of your order records; statutory electronic-contract archiving and access rights apply.
5. Delivery
We deliver only to eligible street addresses in mainland continental France. Corsica, other islands, French overseas departments and territories, foreign addresses, PO boxes and military addresses are excluded.
We dispatch from 24 avenue de Paris, 51100 Reims, France. Processing takes 1–3 business days; estimated transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days. The cutoff is 4:00 p.m. Paris time (CET/CEST) on a business day. Later orders and orders placed on non-business days enter processing on the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and French public holidays. Tracking is provided.
We honour the delivery commitment agreed for the order. The Shipping Policy explains delays and available remedies. Goods remain our responsibility until physical possession is obtained by you or your nominated recipient, subject to any applicable statutory exception for a carrier you independently appoint.
6. Withdrawal and the extended return policy
For eligible distance purchases, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. The statutory counting, information and extension rules apply. We additionally accept return notifications within 30 calendar days after receipt, with goods sent back within 14 calendar days of that notification unless collection or a later date is agreed.
Notify us by email at support@psdmarne.com or by a clear written statement to our postal address. The model withdrawal form is included in our Return and Refund Policy. No prior approval, particular form or account registration is needed for a valid statutory withdrawal.
We pay the return shipping costs and charge no restocking or return administration fee. We coordinate an appropriate return method. Original packaging is encouraged but does not condition statutory withdrawal. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may justify an explained, legally permitted reduction for diminished value, not an automatic penalty.
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days after return receipt, subject to any earlier mandatory deadline. For statutory withdrawal, the 14-day refund deadline runs from notification. Unless we have offered collection, we may withhold only until receipt of the goods or evidence of their return shipment, whichever occurs first. Bank posting time may be additional. Free original delivery does not become chargeable because of a return.
We support exchanges subject to availability and agreement on any price difference. Exchange handling does not remove any legal entitlement to a refund.
7. Statutory guarantees
AGENCE P.S.D MARNE remains responsible as seller for the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. These rights are separate from our 30-day change-of-mind policy. We offer no additional commercial warranty.
For goods covered by the French legal guarantee of conformity, you can seek the statutory remedies for a lack of conformity appearing within two years after delivery. For new goods, a defect appearing within that period is generally presumed to have existed at delivery, subject to the legal exceptions.
Repair or replacement is provided without charge, within the statutory maximum of 30 days and without major inconvenience, subject to the legal rules on impossibility and disproportionate cost. Where the relevant conditions are met, including a sufficiently serious defect, failure to provide the required remedy, or a persisting defect, you may seek a price reduction or termination of the sale. Termination is not available for a minor defect where the law excludes it. Any reimbursement due under the statutory remedy follows the applicable legal deadline.
Goods repaired under the legal guarantee benefit from the statutory six-month extension. Where the consumer requests repair but the seller instead replaces the goods, the replacement can start a new two-year legal guarantee period under the statutory conditions. Time during which the goods are immobilised for a legal remedy is treated as required by law.
The guarantee against hidden defects applies under Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. Where its conditions are met, a claim must generally be brought within two years of discovering the defect, subject to applicable limitation rules. Available remedies include returning the goods for reimbursement or keeping them for a reduction in price.
Contact support@psdmarne.com or write to our postal address with the purchase information and problem. We bear the necessary costs of a statutory remedy. Photos can assist but are not a blanket requirement, and we do not impose a 30-day limit on legal guarantee claims.
8. Use, safety and responsibility
Follow the actual instructions and warnings for the product. Check compatibility before installation. Do not use an item that appears damaged or unsafe. Door and window accessories must not be used in a way that unlawfully obstructs emergency escape or defeats required fire-safety measures.
Applicable law determines responsibility for improper use, defects and damage. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory liability or requires you to waive legal protections. We do not treat the carrier, payment provider or platform as automatically relieving us of our own seller obligations.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to support@psdmarne.com or AGENCE P.S.D MARNE, 24 avenue de Paris, 51100 Reims, France. Include the order reference and a description so that we can investigate.
French law applies subject to mandatory protections that cannot be displaced. You retain access to the courts permitted by applicable consumer jurisdiction rules. There is no exclusive Reims-court clause and no compulsory arbitration provision in these terms.
10. Changes
The version accepted for your order governs that order. Later updates do not retrospectively reduce agreed benefits or statutory rights. An invalid provision does not invalidate the remaining terms where they can lawfully continue to apply.
