Our Terms of Sale govern purchases. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy provide further information on those subjects. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over any inconsistent wording, and website-use terms do not reduce the rights attached to an order.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or requesting support. To purchase, you must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction or act with the necessary lawful authorisation.

Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders or misuse personal information. We may take proportionate measures against unlawful or harmful activity. Restricting website access does not cancel valid refund, warranty, data-protection or other accrued rights.

Where a customer account is available, keep its access credentials secure and notify us if you suspect misuse. These terms do not require an account where guest checkout is provided.

Content and product information

Product pages describe the goods offered for sale. Read the relevant dimensions, compatibility information, included components, instructions and warnings before ordering or using a product. Display settings can affect perceived colours, but this does not excuse a material difference from the contractual description.

Security-related accessories do not amount to insurance or a guarantee that theft, damage or injury can never occur. No particular certification, fire rating, resistance level or universal compatibility should be assumed unless it is expressly and accurately specified for that product. This does not exclude liability for defects or inaccurate product claims.

Material on this website is protected where applicable by intellectual-property rights belonging to us or the relevant rights holder. Normal browsing, keeping a copy of your order documents and uses permitted by law are allowed. Commercial reproduction requires the appropriate permission.

Availability, links and submissions
